of its kind. It is the largest circulation magazine in English that is
published outside of Poland and devoted to Polish-American issues.

Our publication has been a media sponsor of important business,
cultural and entertainment events both in Chicago and the entire United
States and selected events in Poland. Such events are an important part
of the promotional activities of the magazine and, at the same time,

since during these events copies of the magazine are always promoted
free of charge.

Our publication is a gateway to a precisely targeted audience comprised
mainly of Polish nationals residing in the U.S., Americans of Polish

Next generation:
Only PLUS has made a long-term commitment to American students. Through
special arrangements with over 100 schools and Universities across the
country, thousands of American students of the Polish Language History
or Culture – who are just forming their opinions of Poland, who will
travel to Poland in coming years and who will soon work in
multinational corporations in US or Poland – now receive the magazine
through a special sponsorship program.
PLUS is distributed free of charge in controlled circulation managed by
our own distribution department. As a result, we are able to target
specific groups of readers and carefully select venues and events where
to promote our magazine.
Controlled circulation
PLUS has applied for membership to BPA Worldwide, an independent media
audit agency, specializing in setting ethical industry standards
regulating the American press market, for example by providing thorough
and objective circulation reports.
Circulation
PLUS’ circulation oscillates between 25,000 - 30,000 copies bimonthly,
depending on issue and the event schedule. The precise number of copies
per issue appears in its masthead.
Chicago and vicinity
We deliver over 6,000 magazines to several hundred locations in Chicago
and vicinity, such as bookstores (including selected Borders and
Barbara’s Bookstores), legal firms, banks, travel agencies, medical
offices, and spas.
Distribution outside Illinois
Over
a 2,000 copies are dispatched to distribution centers outside Illinois.
As a result, the magazine reaches many Polish-American communities
around the country. The retail price in selected locations is $3.95.
VIP distribution
Over 3,000 copies are mailed to subscribers, selected institutions and
organizations, advertisers, and to political, business, and cultural
representatives in the United States, Canada, and Poland. Other than
the VIP distribution, our regular subscriber list is well over 2,000.
Cultural events
A large number of printed copies (between 3,000 and 7,000) are handed
out at concerts and other cultural events sponsored by PLUS in Chicago
and elsewhere in the U.S and Poland Such events constitute an important
part of our promotional campaign.
